Tenancy Three – 227sqm

Tenancy three of The Co-Op is the centre tenancy of the ground floor space and enjoys access from both sides of the building.  On the southern side there is frontage on the main street and closest carpark, shilst on the northers side, there is a generous alfresco space with ocean and park views.  Having previously been a restaurant, the tenancy has some kitchen facilities still in place creating an opportunity for possible lower capital cost of startup in this space.  Total area of the tenancy is 250sqm, with 227sqm of FOH floor area.

Tenancy six represents the remaining top floor of The Co-Op Fremantle.  This space has been leased and is under renovation and fitout for office accommodation with the new tenant moving in early in 2016.
